1. Business and Professional Customers

Useful Salon Solutions is a professional beauty distributor. The website and many products are intended primarily for licensed beauty professionals, salon owners, approved businesses, and other authorized professional customers. We may request business details, professional credentials, resale certificates, tax forms, or other documentation before approving an account or making certain products, pricing, promotions, or education available.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business account you use. Account approval does not guarantee access to every brand, territory, product, price, promotion, or payment term.

2. Account Responsibilities

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not create an obligation for Useful Salon Solutions to fulfill it. We may accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order based on availability, account status, credit risk, payment issues, pricing or website errors, suspected fraud, manufacturer restrictions, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.

An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be credited or refunded, subject to normal payment processing times.

7. Payment and Credit Terms

Payment is due according to the terms assigned to the customer account, shown at checkout, stated on the invoice, or established in a separate written agreement. We may require prepayment, a deposit, payment card authorization, credit approval, or other security before processing an order.

Past-due balances may result in order holds, suspension of credit terms, collection activity, or account restriction. The existing draft states that overdue balances are subject to a 3% interest charge per month.

Customers are responsible for reasonable collection costs and returned-payment fees to the extent stated in an applicable agreement and permitted by law. Credit card or electronic payment processing fees will be charged only when disclosed and permitted by applicable law and card-network rules.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges, address responsibilities, carrier delays, and shipment claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery dates are estimates unless Useful Salon Solutions expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

9. Returns, Credits, and Product Claims

Many products sold by Useful Salon Solutions are intended for trained or licensed professionals. You are responsible for confirming that you and your personnel are legally and professionally qualified to purchase, possess, recommend, apply, store, transport, and dispose of products.

You must read and follow all manufacturer labels, instructions, warnings, safety data, allergy and patch-test guidance, processing times, ventilation requirements, and professional standards. Do not use a product for an unintended purpose or after its expiration date. Useful Salon Solutions does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular person, condition, service, or result.

11. Manufacturer Warranties and Product Performance

Products may be covered by warranties, guarantees, or claim procedures provided by the manufacturer. Unless Useful Salon Solutions provides a separate written warranty, applicable product warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Classes, demonstrations, events, and educational materials are provided for general professional education. Registration may be subject to separate fees, cancellation terms, prerequisites, attendance rules, waivers, and venue policies. Educational content does not replace manufacturer instructions, licensing requirements, professional judgment, or legally required training.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, downloads, and Useful Salon Solutions branding, are owned by or licensed to Useful Salon Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names, marks, product images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for your own legitimate business use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
